It really shouldn’t surprise anyone that Randall Emmett, Jax Taylor, and Tom Schwartz are all still friends. Birds of a cheating feather, and all that. Lala Kent has put her foot down, though, and made it quite clear where she stands on this trifecta of slobbish men.
During an episode of Watch What Happens Live Lala revealed, “Umm… I learned that Schwartz hung out with [Randall] the other day, so I cut him out.” Seems fair to me, actually.
Earlier this week several of the Vanderpump Rules cast members made the pilgramage to Lisa Vanderpump’s newest hot spot in Las Vegas. While there, Tom Schwartz did an interview with E! News and admitted, “I love Lala. I have nothing but good things to say about her. So there’s no hard feelings. I know she’s going through a lot,.”
Tom advised, “So, I’m saying to give her some space. I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know. It’s kind of awkward. I don’t really know what to say.” Convenient!
Tom insisted that Randall is still his “buddy” and that they still play pickle ball together. He also quickly reminded everyone that he continues to have “a lot of respect for Lala” And we all know how powerful Tom’s respect can be.
Lala was given a chance to share her side of things in Vegas too. When asked if she has any relationship with Tom currently she said, “No.”
“I’m not the type of person to say, like, ‘You have to pick a side,'” she told Andy Cohen during an episode of WWHL. She added, “but in this situation, if you don’t pick my side or you remain Switzerland, like, I want nothing to do with you.” That means you, Scwhartzy!
Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules has yet to be confirmed. It’s anyone’s guess who could be cast for the milestone season. Thus far, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz have been able to remain friends through their divorce. It seems possible that they could both make a return to the show. While Katie seems understanding of Lala’s decision to cut Tom out, it could be interesting to see how this dynamic evolves.
