Garcelle Beauvais’ 55th birthday party started off “dead,” according to Diana Jenkins. But between the latter’s fight with Sutton Stracke, Kyle Richards doing splits, and what will happen on the July 6th episode, it’s clear this party livened up very very quickly. And it seems the event was a breeding ground for upcoming discontent on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Queens of Bravo tweeted a RHOBH preview that shows an absolutely sloshed Erika Jayne yelling at Garcelle’s teenage son, Jax. It seems Erika was in a foul mood after Garcelle’s eldest, Oliver Saunders, left the scene. The party was wrapping up, yet Erika was still imbing with Dorit Kemsley seated next to her.
Apparently, Jax returned to the table to bring a flower arrangement to his mother, who was leaving the party. Crystal Kung Minkoff handed the flowers over, and, thankfully, was on hand to escort the teenager from the scene once things got uncomfortable.
Immediately, Erika told Jax to, “get the f*ck out of here.” Crystal quickly directed Jax away from the table saying, “don’t listen to these ladies.” Erika can be heard repeating her command. “Get the f*ck out of here before you get into trouble.”
Garcelle returned to the table to confront Erika after Jax relayed what happened. “Erika you hurt Jax’s feelings,” Garcelle said, “Don’t talk to him like that. That’s not ok.” Erika seemed shocked that the teenager was upset. She answered,”Garcelle are you serious?” Then, as if to open a discussion with Garcelle’s son, said, “Jax, come here babe.”
The clip continued with a confessional from Garcelle. She was understandably shocked by Erika’s behavior. “How many other family members of mine is she going to go after tonight,” Garcelle told producers. “First Oliver, now Jax. She’s done.”
“She was pushing it.” Erika can be heard saying. Clearly, she will have trouble taking responsibility for her drunken antics. And with friends like Dorit, PK Kemsley, Kyle, and Mauricio Umansky, Erika will not be pressured into doing so.

It’s contradictory because in this clip, Dorit denounced Erika’s behavior in a confessional, yet has a completely different response in a subsequent preview. “Oh my god,” she exclaimed to producers, “Erika’s drunk and I know she’s joking around, but that’s Garcelle’s son. He’s 14 years old. I feel sick to my stomach.”
Dorit and Kyle, along with their husbands, are together discussing the fallout from Garcelle’s party in a second clip shared by Queens of Bravo. Well, it’s less of a discussion than the group making excuses for Erika and making a mockery of the situation. A fan alerted Garcelle to this questionable reaction. The follower tweeted, “Did you know Kyle, Mauricio, Dorit & PK had this conversation laughing off the appalling way Erika spoke to your child or did you learn this watching the episode?” Garcelle responded, “Nope, never saw this scene until now.”
Here’s what was said in between bouts of laughter. Kyle brings up Erika’s foul language towards Jax. Mauricio joked, “I think it’s great that she did that.” Kyle then opined, “I think it’s great that she did that.” Mauricio and Dorit both “100 percent” agreed.

Dorit chimed in to say, “it’s really why I can give like a major pass, and of course it’s not my child, you know so. She had a few drinks. She doesn’t get like that. I don’t think I can ever remember a time that she was that loose and free.” Recall, if you will, how this contradicts her tone in the previous clip.
Kyle is then shown in confessional, recalling interactions with Erika on prior RHOBH seasons. She said, “I can remember, in the first few years I knew Erika, I used to think ‘I wish she would open up more. I wish she would loosen up a little bit.’ Clearly, the Erika that we’ve known all these years has been holding a lot in. So, seeing this side of her, more open and honest, even if she’s not always showing her best side, at least it’s genuine.”

Indeed, Kyle’s been on a campaign for her costars to be genuine. But perhaps the mother of four would feel differently if an adult had been that “genuine” to one of her daughters.
The preview cuts back to the two couples and we hear from PK. “She’s entitled to a blow out in my opinion,” he said,” and it was a blow out. She told Garcelle’s younger to f*ck off. The next one she tried to bang. I mean, that’s a blow out. This sounds like animal house.”
But this social media odyssey doesn’t end there. Kyle then took to Twitter to defend herself. Apparently this queen of deflection is one of those people that laugh when they are uncomfortable. Tirelessly promoting Real Housewives transparency, Queens of Bravo shared the post.

Kyle wrote, ” I was laughing about a friend’s drunken, ridiculous behavior. NOT about disrespecting someone’s child. I think you know me better than that by now. I wasn’t even there to see this and only heard about Erika and what she had said later.”
Well, Kyle knew enough to bring up the topic to her friends. She knew Erika used the f-word against a teenager and seemed perfectly ok with it. Let’s see how this plays out at the reunion now that Garcelle has the full picture of what went down.
