I’m aware no one really wants to discuss Braunwyn Windham-Burke. But because she is a full mess 24/7, I’ll do this so you don’t have to. Yes, the former Real Housewives of Orange County star is making headlines once again.
Full disclosure, I was rooting for Braunwyn in the beginning. Viewers watched her life completely melt down in her final RHOC season. She made co-stars uncomfortable. Left fans bewildered. And Braunwyn ultimately exited the show to try and deal with a warehouse of personal issues.
Braunwyn is a recovering alcoholic. She also came out as a lesbian. Braunwyn was involved in a co-dependant relationship with her husband, Sean Burke. There are anger issues, which may or may not have been fueled by booze. It’s also no secret Braunwyn’s childhood was questionable because we have met her mother. These are very real issues that unfortunately played out in the public eye.
Braunwyn did not retreat to a more solitary life after leaving RHOC. There were no reports of working on herself in a controlled, private environment. Instead, Braunie has been out and about. She has had quite a few relationships, but can’t seem to seal an actual divorce. For about seven months, Braunwyn has been involved with Jennifer Spinner. Now it looks like the couple have taken the next step. Or maybe Braunwyn just needs attention again.
According to Page Six, Braunwyn and Jennifer traveled to the Graceland Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas on February 14, 2023 to exchange vows. The marriage is as fake as Jen Shah’s purse collection because Braunwyn is still legally married. Court documents show Jennifer and Braunwyn never applied for a marriage license, because it would have been illegal.
OBVIOUSLY the entire event was documented for social media and Braunwyn and her new faux wife shared the same pic to Instagram. Braunwyn wrote, “Crazy….in love. I adore you @hashtag_blehssed. You’re my love, my best friend, the reason I laugh. I’m the luckiest girl in the world. Here’s to a lifetime of adventures.” I’ll take clout demon for $500, Alex.
Jennifer shared roughly the same sentiment over on her IG. Her caption, “If soulmates are a thing, she’s definitely mine. Thank you for the best 7 months and for making me into a Valentine’s Day believer. Here’s to making reckless and ‘cringe’ decisions together for the rest of our lives.” Let’s take a moment of silence for Braunwyn’s kids at this time. Watching their mother make more “cringe” decisions. Oh, what a time to be alive!
Braunwyn’s collection of photos also included a video of Braunwyn eating wedding cake in bed. Jennifer can be heard in the background saying, “Happy wedding day, babe.” In January, these two lit the rumor fuse when Braunwyn’s last look-at-me-plea was a big old diamond on her left hand. The couple quickly clarified they were not engaged, because they knew someone would ask.
Braunwyn filed for divorce from Sean after 23 years in October 2022. During the holidays, she publicly complained (on social media, natch) about co-parenting and implied it was Sean making it a toxic situation. Seems it would be less toxic to finalize a divorce before putting a fake wedding ceremony on blast to the entire world.
