Katie Maloney is taking a few cues from Lala Kent and putting her Vanderpump Rules co-stars in their place following a messy breakup. After years of red flags, Katie finally filed for divorce from Tom Schwartz. At first, she was ready to move on as the most chill ex-wife of all time. Katie just had one rule — Tom couldn’t hook up with their friends. We all know how great of a listener Tom is, so that didn’t last long. Then, all hell broke loose.
This season of VPR is leading up to Scheana Shay’s good-as-gold wedding to Brock Davies, where some major Bubba drama went down. Apparently, Tom was feeling the love in the air and a newly single Raquel Leviss was feeling bold. The pair apparently hooked up, and Tequila Katie unleashed her wrath. Raquel has fully entered her single-girl villain era. And it’s managed to unleash Katie’s old-school rage texting energy. Though, can you really blame Raquel for acting out after having to deal with James Kennedy for all of these years?
Katie stopped any romance from going down between Raquel and Schwartz before it could really start. Raquel, though, is having a little fun poking the bear after pissing off her fellow SURver. According to Page Six, Raquel decided to be cheeky and post an Instagram photo with Schwartz. The caption is simply shady and reads, “Just cause.” To rub salt in the wound, Schwartz and Raquel were posed in front of Schwartz and Sandy’s. The so-called other woman in Katie and Tom’s marriage.
Obviously, it didn’t take long for Katie to catch wind of Raquel’s convoluted post. She channeled her rage texting energy into a comment for the world to see. “You really thought you did something here but these comments ATE LOLOL,” Katie wrote alongside a few skull emojis. Tequila Katie is referencing the slew of comments from fans calling out Raquel’s ulterior motives for the post.
A fan posted, “Girl please, we are not being sad over men with the personality of spray cheese in 2023. No ma’am we are not.” Katie seemed to agree, although she got a chuckle out of someone referring to her ex as spray cheese. “Nobody sad. Lol spray cheese I’m dead,” Katie wrote. “The amount of times the picture landed in my inbox I couldn’t leave it alone. Desperado.” And that’s it on that. Pump Rules Season 10 may have just gotten started, but I’m already excited to watch this all go down at the reunion. Schwartz isn’t going to be able to charm his way out of this one.
