Welcome back to another installment of What I’m Watching This Week! Bravo and Peacock have been dominating the lineup recently, so it’s time to mix it up a little bit. But let’s not get carried away. I’m still trying to understand what in the matching lightning bolt necklace is going on with Vanderpump Rules. I’m also enjoying the Teresa Giudice show this year. Sue me. Streaming – Next in Fashion
If you love a fashion competition show, get yourself to Netflix for Season 2 of Next in Fashion. Tan France and everyone’s favorite almond daughter, Gigi Hadid, host the series which follows 12 designers competing to become fashion’s next big thing. The show was initially canceled following the first season. Thankfully, Netflix has resurrected this gem during our Project Runway drought. Personally, I think I enjoy the fashion and pace of Next in Fashion more. Highly recommend!

Streaming – Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal
Who doesn’t love a true crime series? No doubt you’ve been following the trial and conviction of Alex Murdaugh in recent weeks. Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal is a docu-series on Netflix following the dark history that plagues both the Murdaugh family and the community unfortunate enough to live near them. I watched all three episodes in one sitting. You should too!

Monday – Below Deck
Captain Lee Rosbach is back to his rightful place as captain of the motor yacht St. David on Below Deck. Of course, I am going to have to follow up on the Leigh-Ann Smith, Ben Willoughby, and Camille Lamb love triangle. I just can’t wait to see how this turns out for everyone. Not to mention those wretched guests Katie Glaser accurately described as “South Florida frat boys.” Nothing like a good cringy hate watch for your Monday evening!

Wednesday – Vanderpump Rules
Speaking of cringy content to hate-watch, are you all caught up on #Scandoval and Pump Rules? It seems impossible that the editors didn’t go back and add scenes to spike the intrigue for last week’s episode. That moment where Ariana Madix said she was going to be mad at Raquel Leviss “for the first time” was jaw-dropping. Cut that with scenes of Lisa Vanderpump engineering an inter-state SURver tryst with a Bravo-leb’s child. This show is a Maury-level dumpster fire, and I cannot look away.

Tuesday – Real Housewives of New Jersey
I’m enjoying the Bravo community coming together over Melissa Gorga’s thirsty husband, SIL-centered storylines, and general uselessness for this franchise as Season 13 of Real Housewives of New Jersey continues. Readers, last week I recommended Dance Moms. Please don’t come at me with insults about taste or standards. Save your comments for someone who stands a chance. That said, if you’re interested in watching the final stages of RHONJ before a major cast shake-up (just my humble prediction after dedicating my life to watching thousands of hours of this stuff in lieu of finding a hobby), then join me!
