Well, the revelations about Scandoval keep rolling on. I barely know what day it is anymore. Instead of breaking up with his girlfriend of nine years, Ariana Madix, Tom Sandoval decided to cheat. But he didn’t just cheat. He had a seven-month-long affair with their mutual friend, and Vanderpump Rules co-star, Raquel Leviss. He is always so extra.
When asked recently by a paparazzo if he had any regrets about cheating on Ariana, Sandoval replied, “Hindsight’s always 20/20.” What a charmer.
VPR fans are hearing info about the incredibly tense reunion. Host Andy Cohen shared his thoughts on the sit-down in an Instagram Story video. “Well, that was really confrontational [and] it was really emotional. Nothing was left unsaid.”
I think everyone wants certain questions answered. We want to know when the affair started. And who knew about it? Most of all, what did Sandoval’s bestie and business partner Tom Schwartz know? After all, he was locking lips with Raquel during the same time frame.
Pump Rules alum Kristen Doute, who is firmly Team Ariana, has some thoughts about what Schwartz knew. She shared on her Sex, Love and What Else Matters podcast that “Schwartz only found out about it a month ago.” Kristen claimed that she and Schwartz were texting about the affair. “[Schwartz] said that he told [Sandoval] he needed to tell Ariana before it blew up in his face and humiliated the hell out of her,” Kristen said. She also previously slammed Schwartz for staying silent about the drama.

Another former VPR cast member and expert in cheating behavior, Jax Taylor, also weighed in on the drama. Jax thought that Sandoval chose Raquel for a reason. “I think Raquel’s very easily influenced. I think she’s very codependent, and I think he preys on that,” Jax opined.
Then he delved into what Schwartz knew. “Schwartz has known. He told me,” Jax explained. “I don’t know how long, but it’s been at least a couple of months. Again, this is a controlling thing. [Sandoval] controls Schwartz. One can’t be without the other.”
Jax continued, “I think Schwartz is a good guy. He’s not going to rat on his friends. Sandoval’s being very selfish. He shouldn’t have put Tom in that position.” Raise your hand if you remember Jax putting Schwartz in the same position.
The former SUR bartender also has it out for Sandoval. He previously called Ariana and Sandoval “glorified roommates.”
According to Us Weekly, during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with his wife, Brittany Cartwright, Jax once again discussed Schwartz. Andy asked Jax if Schwartz was aware of the affair. “100%. I talked to Schwartz every day so I know for fact, he knew [about the cheating scandal],” Jax stated. “He said, ‘I knew for a while. I tried to tell him to come forward with it.’ He’s told me that verbatim and I gotta take his word for it.”
I used to think it would be a cold day in hell when I believed Jax, yet here we are. Schwartz finally spoke about his bestie’s illicit romance. When Schwartz was asked if he was covering for Sandoval, he responded, “No, that’s not true. Unless I was a pawn in the game.” Bring on the reunion!
