Don’t cry for her, West Hollywood… Ariana Madix might be licking the wounds from a 10-year relationship publicly blowing up in her face, but by all accounts, she is surviving. Ariana may or may not be joining Dancing with the Stars next season. She’s also participating in a new campaign for Macy’s and looks amazing.
And if the stars properly align, Ariana can also look forward to opening a new business with Pump Rules co-star Katie Maloney. So the past few weeks might have been absolute trash, but there’s always light at the end of the tunnel if you can stop seething long enough to get a glimpse of it.
The light appears to be shining brightly at Coachella. There must be something about listening to music in a whimsical, desert environment whilst wearing apocalyptic bohemian clothing that makes people’s troubles temporarily disappear. A regular visitor to the shows, Ariana is once again there but without a 175-pound anchor of infidelity attached to her leg.
Under the glow of the moon and crafted stage lighting (definitely NOT galaxy lights), Ariana is moving onto the next, and some say best, part of healing. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Rebound Land. We’ve all visited, but we probably didn’t stay long. Page Six has the details.
Apparently, Ariana and personal trainer Daniel Wai went full kissy face during an outdoor performance at Coachella. Because Ariana won’t be able to do anything without the media up her large intestine for the next year, TMZ obtained some footage.
Daniel and Ariana also popped up in each other’s Instagram Stories over the weekend. Ariana’s followers were extremely happy she was feeling some joy. One fan wrote, “I feel like her life has gotten 100x better since [Tom] Sandoval’s been out of it.” Another person added, “This is what happens when you lose dead weight.”
They are obviously having a blast and I’m sure Ariana is enjoying the benefit of no one cheating on her this time around. So, who is Dan the Man and what’s his story?
Daniel is a fitness trainer and if you check out his Insta, well, drink some water first. But Daniel isn’t all brawn and no brains. This guy graduated from Virginia Tech (go Hokies!) in Computer Science and has a secondary degree in Business with a minor in math. We do love a man that can have a full conversation! That must be a refreshing change for Ariana.
Their social media featured hand-holding and dancing in dark places, and this is exactly what Ariana should be doing right now. Don’t try to ship Ariana with Daniel. Absolutely none of us need that pressure at this time! She’s in recovery mode. Let her have fun and work some of the kinks out before putting another relationship in her life.
There’s another weekend of Coachella to go. It remains to be seen if Sandoval will take a break from trying to look sad and head out to Indio, California to check out the venue. No word on whether or not Tom’s shoulders will be bare this year.
