Unless you’ve been glued to the internet researching valuable subjects like “entitled former rich people,” you may have missed this one. Chrisley Knows Best alum Savannah Chrisley is the daughter of Todd Chrisley. Daddy is currently serving time in jail for doctoring financial paperwork, subsequently lying about the altered documents, and tax evasion. I’m really going to need 2023 to be the year reality television people stop living outside of their financial means.
So Sassy is now on her own and trying to live life without Todd and her mom, Julie Chrisley. You might think that because Savannah is a grown woman, she would have a reasonable adjustment period. But having both parents in jail really must suck and she’s having trouble adjusting to this new life.
It might be easier if everyone in this family could accept the cards they were dealt. Instead, they continue complaining about the United States justice system. Maybe next time she should ask her folks to simply pay their bills. In any event, Savannah briefly took a break from defending her parents’ honor and managed to piss off an entire airline.
Recently Sassy was kicked off a Southwest flight for “unruly behavior.” She immediately took to social media and complained. Savannah called a specific employee an “as-hole,” and then showed his face to her followers. She spent a great deal of time on Instagram sharing her troubles with the world and giving her POV on the situation.
Well kiddos, Southwest has entered the chat! Now they’re saying Sassy had a sassy mouth and her story is much different than what happened. Allegedly. Page Six has the scoop.

We’re getting the other side and Southwest says Savannah told a “different story” than what actually went down. An airline rep explained Savannah ALLEGEDLY “repeatedly insulted several employees.” Oh dear, I wonder what Jesus would say about this. The rep also said her vicious tongue is what got her “denied boarding on her original flight” and booked on a “later flight the same day.”
They added Savannah “arrived at the gate late in the boarding process and was asked to gate-check her bag due [to] the overhead bins being full and to avoid delaying the more than 100 passengers already onboard the aircraft.” Narrator: But Savannah did not check her bag on that day.
Southwest is very aware of Savannah’s social media takes on the incident and is “looking into the situation.” WELL. This has blown up into a whole thing thanks to Savannah’s complaining on Instagram.
I’m unsure what benefits it afforded her, since her quandary with checking a bag turned into getting home at 4 am. At this time we are unaware of a GoFundMe to provide Savannah with financial compensation for time spent not following basic policies and procedures.
TELL US- WHO DO YOU BELIEVE, SOUTHWEST OR SAVANNAH? DO YOU THINK SAVANNAH REGRETS MAKING A BIG DEAL OUT OF THE INCIDENT? DO YOU THINK SOUTHWEST WILL COMPENSATE SAVANNAH?
