Real Housewives of New York City star Ubah Hassan was a RHONY reboot fan favorite from the jump. She was funny, vulnerable, and entertaining. But when Erin Lichy stole Ubah’s phone as a prank, the model’s fury was shocking.
To be clear, Ubah left her phone behind the van, and Erin retrieved it. The next day, Ubah took Erin’s sunglasses and held them captive. But just for the same amount of time that Erin had her phone.
When Ubah said that she went in hot at the RHONY reunion, she wasn’t kidding. In a preview of the reunion, Ubah dropped a bombshell about Jenna Lyons that no one saw coming.
Ubah said some cast members didn’t want Jenna to be on RHONY
Erin and Sai De Silva continued to argue over the cheese controversy. Sai told Erin, “You lie and you don’t own your sh*t.” Erin responded, “Here we go, another liar in the group. Everybody lies according to you.”
Sai accused Erin of lying about her on a podcast. “You said something on a podcast and you did not admit it. You told Brynn [Whitfield] this lie, but it was a complete lie. I never came to your house and said those things about cheese. Never.”
Sai had the receipts! She played an audio clip of Erin’s comment. Erin said, “I hosted something for all the girls and Sai was like, ‘Oh, all we’re having is cheese?’ This one’s always hungry.”
Host Andy Cohen finally got involved in the cheesy argument. “Did she come to your house and say, ‘All there is is cheese?'”
Erin replied, “She did not say it like that. I misconstrued, I didn’t say it as accurately as what happened.” Finally!
But now Ubah was ready to rock the reunion. “I think they should focus on how you guys didn’t want Jenna [Lyons] on the show,” Ubah said. “The three of you.” Ubah pointed at Sai, Erin, and Jessel Taank. Jenna, understandably, looked shocked.
“I didn’t want Jenna on the show? What are you talking about?!” Sai exclaimed. Whether the truth surrounding this accusation will ever come out remains to be seen.
