A divorce judge finally made moves to keep some semblance of peace between The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy alums Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann in the changing-by-the-minute nature of their relationship. Though Kroy just accompanied Kim to have a vaginal rejuvenation, it was also only just recently that the cops came to their house AGAIN to settle a disagreement.
The two will undoubtedly be at each other’s throats again any minute now. So, the judge decided to banish Kim and Kroy to two separate areas of the Milton, GA mansion they still share. TMZ has the receipts.
Kim gets the basement and Kroy gets the bedroom
Kim and Kroy’s over 15,000-square-foot home is finally on the market for $6 million. In the meantime, they’re still living together. That arrangement has proved time and time again to be a toxic cesspool. Court documents show that a judge basically treated Kim and Kroy like squabbling siblings dividing their shared room with a sheet. Kim has been banished to the basement and nanny suit. Kroy gets the primary bedroom.
“Neither party shall enter the other party’s individually awarded space in the marital residence without permission.” Common areas like the living room and kitchen are to be shared. Has anyone hid the knife block though?

Unfortunately, Kim and Kroy’s four young children have been caught in the crossfire of their shambles this entire time. The surely-exhausted judge also ordered the two to stop fighting in front of the kids. They demanded “neither parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children.”
Further, the judge ruled that Kim and Kroy can’t eavesdrop on the other during their time with the kids. They also aren’t allowed to use the kids to relay messages to each other.
Nice work, judge. I would say the only order missing is that Kim not be allowed to pay $30,000 in full for a designer vagina while her and Kroy’s massive debt continues to skyrocket so high that her adult daughter once had to pay the electric bill. That $30k could’ve enabled one or both of them to to get their own place.
