No one loves to watch a marriage unfold unless you are an avid follower of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. For years, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umanksy have been the perfect couple on Bravo. Both have shown a united front, made time for one another’s interests, and generally seemed madly in love. Sadly, news broke recently that may taint those happy moments in Kyle and Mauricio’s marriage.
The Cheating Rumors Explained
For years, Mauricio was accused of stepping out on his wife, but this time around, Kyle was the one accused of infidelity. Mo’s wandering eye has been called into question multiple times, such as in 2013 when it was alleged he was seen going off with a prostitute. Most recently, Mauricio was accused of having an affair with Dorit Kemsley, which both denied.
The interrogation light is now shining brightly on Kyle, who was accused of having an affair with country singer Morgan Wade. There is plenty of evidence to lead fans into believing that Kyle may have decided to explore her sexuality, including working on the singer’s music video. Kyle and Morgan also have matching heart tattoos, with Kyle saying during the Season 11 reunion, “This heart is…umm a heart, and it means something to me.”
They Spent Time Apart
Kyle has had a lot on her plate over the last few years. Kyle’s movie career has been rekindled thanks to the Halloween franchise. Since the latest installment, Kyle has also been traveling to work on The Housewives of the North Pole, How I Met Your Father, and The Holiday Exchange. With all these acting gigs, the mother of four has had to spend a lot of time away from the family home and from Mauricio.
However, Mo hasn’t been sitting at home knitting either. Mo has been running his real estate company, The Agency, with multiple locations. He has started his own Netflix show, Buying Beverly Hills, and he is a contestant on Dancing With The Stars. The little time they have to spend together seems wasted, and fans recently watched the couple avoid interacting in their own home.
The Kids Are Picking Sides
Kyle’s daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, attended her cousin and Kim Richards‘ daughter, Whitney Davis’ wedding. While the entire family was present, Farrah didn’t tag her own mother in a photo with her stepfather back in June 2023.
It was quite clear that there was a story behind the photo, as nothing that family does is by coincidence. It was also noted that Kyle and Mo were standing apart from one another, possibly indicating there was family tension.
Kyle Hinted She Needed Freedom
Kyle has been a stand-out wife to Mo, and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episodes often showed her cooking, cleaning, and converting to Judaism. Yet even with such a privileged life, Kyle repeatedly hinted at just how boxed in she had started to feel.
Craving attention is a major indicator that something isn’t right within the marriage. After 27 years of marriage, Kyle needed space. During the season premiere, it was evident that Kyle had hit her breaking point, telling Mo she was no longer answering to him or anyone else for that matter.
The Psychic’s Prediction
Thirteen years ago, the psychic Allison DuBois made a dark prediction during the dinner party from hell. At the time, she had warned Kyle that once her children left the nest, she and Mo would have little in common and eventually drift apart, noting, “He will never emotionally fulfill you—ever. Know that he will never emotionally fulfill you, but you will stay with him, and he will take care of you. And as soon as the kids are bigger, you’ll have nothing in common.”
At the time, Kyle wrote off the prediction, claiming her husband was too hot to ignore, but now it seems like Allison may have really seen into the future. The cracks in the foundation are there and starting to splinter into reality for both Kyle and Mo. Hopefully, they can get themselves back on track or make the final decision to cut one another loose, but only time will tell.
