While fans often sit and ponder what the future of Real Housewives might look like, Andy Cohen is thinking about it all the time. With everything going on at Bravo month by month, it would seem the network is headed in a younger direction.
One especially poignant question is what Real Housewives of New Jersey might look like. With so many reports behind the scenes of how disastrous Season 14 filming has gone, some changes might be necessary.
However, the changes that Andy has in mind probably aren’t those that RHONJ fans are clamoring for. It would seem Andy believes the future of the show belongs with Gia Giudice, daughter of Teresa Giudice.
Andy was impressed with Gia and Teresa’s ad
During the November 3 “Ask Andy” panel at BravoCon 2023, Andy gave his opinion on the next generation of Housewives. However, he didn’t have to look too far from home to find his picks. Andy picked the daughters of two OGs—Gia Giudice and Kara Keough. Andy said Gia could be the perfect woman to fill her mother’s shoes on RHONJ one day.
“Listen, you’re gonna be seeing a lot more Gia this year,” Andy teased. “I love Gia. I love Teresa’s campaign with the girls [and I] texted her after the [Shein] ad.” More specifically, Andy said of the campaign, “This is so incredible given that Teresa’s first episode was her taking pics of them and wanting them to perform. Here they are in an ad, I thought that was really cool.”
As for Kara, longtime Bravo fans know her as Jeana Keough’s daughter from Real Housewives of Orange County. Kara has more life experience than Gia, but she would still be among the youngest Real Housewives. It would be interesting to see these stars continue on their parents’ legacies, but only should they choose to.
Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 is expected to air on Bravo in mid-2024.
