Both Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard have started speaking publicly about their breakup. There tends to be some vague statements between them, and their comments center on feelings more than anything. They also allude to Summer House Season 8 having all the answers to the split.
So one could conclude that there are limitations on what can be said, at least until Season 8 premieres in early 2024. Until then, fans of Lindsay and Carl can follow their interview statements.
Carl said separating was “healthier” than staying together
Carl recently spoke with his friend, and Below Deck alum, Captain Lee Rosbach on his podcast Salty With Captain Lee Wednesday, November 8.
There, Carl spoke of regrets about how he ended the engagement with Lindsay. He said, “It’s been scary. It’s been confusing. It’s been emotional. And I feel really bad with how everything ultimately played out. If I could go back and make something a little bit easier or better, I would.”
Regardless, Carl stands by his decision. “I do firmly think Lindsay and I going in separate directions will be healthier for us in the long run,” he added.
“It’s been a very painful, emotional time. So I’ve been silent trying to just process, be respectful, try to move forward and heal properly,” Carl stated of trying to move past the pain. “It’s been just a difficult situation.”
Finally, Carl plugged the upcoming season of Summer House and suggested that fans tune in to get insight on what influenced his decision.
“Due to the fact that our show is gonna air in January, I do really think people are gonna watch this season and a lot of questions might be answered,” he concluded. “People really understand how a decision like calling off a wedding [how it] could come to that. It’s a very big thing.”
