When it comes to Dancing with the Stars, there are a whole host of professional dancers with huge followings. One of the most popular is DWTS’ Artem Chigvintsev. As such, his fans are excited to hear about every facet of his life – especially since he married Nikki Garcia, aka Nikki Bella, in 2022.
Artem and Nikki share three-year-old son, Matteo, but is there a possibility for more children in the future? Artem certainly hopes so! Here’s what he had to say in a recent interview.
DWTS’ Artem would “love to have a little girl”
Artem spoke with Life & Style at the Dancing with the Stars Season 32 taping on November 14. “I’m not carrying it for nine months, so probably not a question to me,” the 41-year-old joked when asked about if he would want more kids with his wife.
Despite Nikki having the final say, Artem did admit he “would love to have a little girl.” The dancer continued: “That’d be nice. That’d be a nice little addition to it. Hey, we can all dream about it.”
Nikki and Artem met when they were paired on DWTS Season 25. Nikki was engaged to WWE wrestler John Cena at the time. They ended their engagement in July 2018, before Nikki and Artem went Instagram official in March 2019. Engagement followed before the end of the year, and Matteo arrived in July 2020.
On this year’s DWTS, Artem is paired with Charity Lawson. The duo have been scoring highly since the beginning of the season, but have expressed frustrations with some of the feedback they’re now receiving. Hopefully, they’ll gain some clarity in the coming weeks.
