As is par for the course, there have been many reality star scandals this year. One of the most talked about was Shannon Beador’s arrest for driving under the influence, aka a DUI. The Real Housewives of Orange County star crashed into a home, injuring only herself.
She was eventually charged and would face a community service order. However, many considered her slaps on the wrist to be too light, especially from Bravo. The celeb still attended BravoCon with her friends and co-stars Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson.
Amid the controversy over the arrest, the public slammed Vicki for promoting the show, encouraging fans to come grab cocktails with the stars. People pointed out that Shannon was hardly in a position to be drinking. Now, however, the show appears to be back in high gear.
The Tres Amigas are back … yay?
The Daily Mail obtained photos of Shannon all done up with her co-stars Tamra and Vicki. The three were spotted in Phoenix, Arizona in full makeup, walking to the set of their live show. Considering the Tres Amigas show has a heavy drinking component, fans could only assume Shannon wouldn’t be using real alcohol, having gone sober after her arrest.
Amid their trip to Phoenix, the Tres Amigas made two posts on their Instagram. The first post showed preparations before the show, and Shannon’s rehearsal clothes matched those in the photos from The Daily Mail. The second IG post showed the line leading up to the show, stretching past the venue, down the stairs, and to the shops below.
Some commenters pointed out that it seemed a little soon for Shannon to be coming back to work. “Shannon seems to be acting as [if] nothing happened?” one wrote. “I don’t get it.” Others pointed out the severity of Tamra’s mistake, and how easily things could’ve ended up worse for her. Another bluntly said, “Shannon should be on house arrest.”
