We are only a few episodes into season 10 of Married to Medicine and it’s already been pretty memorable. Quad Webb was MIA at first, but shined in her scenes with Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Phaedra Parks. And we all know there will be major drama coming between Quad, her ex Dr. Gregory Lunceford, and his fiancée, Lateasha Lunceford.
Dr. Heavenly Kimes has given us next level shade when she said Lateasha “Sweet Tea” wasn’t a gold digger. She observed she was more of a copper digger, sticking to the lower levels. The cast is bringing it every episode. So what is the upcoming history making scene we have to look forward to?
A scene never done on Bravo before
Quad and Heavenly sat down for an interview with New York Live and dished on the history-making scene. They also discussed Quad taking a step back from the group, how Phaedra fit in, and concerns for Sweet Tea.
During the beginning of the season, the cast all wondered where Quad was. Quad noted she needed to take a step back from the group. “I had to reassess the situation. There were some things I was seeing online that were not sitting very well with me.” Quad wondered, “How would you feel if your friends took in your ex husband’s fiancée?”
Heavenly said of how Phaedra she fit in with the MTM crew. She said, “I think she fit in very well. She’s funny. I just live for Phaedra. The stuff she does I’d never do, but she’s funny.” It will be great to see her dynamic with the cast as Season 10 continues.
Regarding Dr. G, Quad made it clear she’s moved on. “I divorced him, and when I’m done I’m finished.” Quad also wanted to clear the air on being called a gold digger, as she helped Dr. G build his practice.
Heavenly said she had concern for Sweet Tea. She noted, “A lot of things she doing and saying about Dr. G is equivalent to what Quad has said. These patterns are the same. Let’s talk about this and not rush into things.” Welp, we all know Sweet Tea and Dr. G didn’t listen to that advice!
And finally, we came to the history-making scene! Heavenly said it was between Quad and Phaedra. “They did a scene that has never been done before. Can’t ever be repeated. I don’t know if I can say what it is but it is amazing.” Spill the tea!
Quad added that the scene was “epic,” and hinted that tables may be flipped. Heavenly nodded and said, “It is something powerful.”
Married to Medicine continues Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo.
