Lisa Hochstein’s moving drama is the gift that keeps on giving. Her divorce from her husband Lenny Hochstein has been rocky at best and criminal at worst. According to reports, neither party has made the moving process easy. Even the police had to intervene at certain points.
Real Housewives of Miami’s leading lady was expected to vacate Lenny’s mansion once the divorce was underway. But she allegedly didn’t jump at the chance. When it came time to move, Lenny accused Lisa of taking everything down to the silverware.
Now, if Lenny’s most recent accusations are true, Lisa nabbed over six figures worth of artwork from the surgeon’s mansion. RadarOnline obtained the court documents detailing Lenny’s latest accusation against his soon-to-be ex-wife.
Lisa allegedly took $200k in art from Lenny’s house
In Lenny’s most recent filing in his divorce from Lisa, he accused the RHOM star of “brazenly, reprehensibly, and shockingly” taking “an unreasonable volume of artwork” from their previously shared Miami home. Previously, the couple agreed that Lisa would “be allowed to reasonably select and retain furnishings and/or artwork [for] her new residence.”
However, Lenny’s November 17 filing claimed “instead of ‘reasonably’ selecting certain furnishings and artwork,” Lisa “removed an unreasonable volume of artwork, furnishings, housewares, and artwork from Former Marital Home, much of which was specially purchased for that particular home, especially the extensive artwork and art pieces.”
The filing also said Lisa’s chosen pieces were “far in excess” of what was “needed” to furnish her current apartment. The alleged value of the art Lisa removed was over $200k. Lenny has demanded she return the furnishings and has also claimed her $10k moving fees were over-inflated.
