Perhaps JT Thomas’ inclusion in the Southern Charm cast had more to do with his feelings towards Taylor Ann Green, rather than just to be a friend to Shep Rose. Someone needed to be in her corner and be the voice of reason. Craig Conover’s advice about cutting all ties with exes is fantastic, but then we wouldn’t have had a Season 9 of Southern Charm.
It’s been a sloppy season for Taylor, who clearly is having a hard time after her two year relationship with Shep ended in July 2022. At first it was belligerence. Then came the attempts at hooking up with her ex. They ended up in bed together at Shep’s North Carolina family home, though they only shared a kiss. Allegedly.
But JT is having none of their explanation. Though, perhaps he would like it to be true. There is something to be said about honesty, transparency, and the ability to cut toxicity out of your life. Taylor needs some work here to say the least.
Southern Charm’s JT is questioning the “kissy-poo sleepovers”
During the November 30 episode of Watch What Happens Live, JT told host Andy Cohen that he can’t believe the alleged PG nature of the North Carolina sleep over. Especially, since Taylor was still trying to hook up with her ex in the following episode.
“How many kissy-poo sleepovers can happen in one season of reality TV?” JT said. “I can’t deal with any more sleepover make-out bullsh*t. I mean, come on, we’re all adults here.”
It all started with an argument between Taylor and Shep when he was sulking over a game of ping pong. In it’s conclusion, Taylor asked him “Do you like cheating on me?” Shep responded that “sometimes it was fun,” to which his ex-girlfriend erupted and threw a glass of wine.
They ended up sharing a bed that night, Shep and his “kissing bandit.” But still insist that’s all it was.
Regardless of what happened that night, it’s clear Taylor is still pursuing some kind of hook up with Shep. And the saga of sloppy exes continues in Jamaica.
