Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards appeared on the show alongside her sister Kyle Richards for the first five seasons. After that, Kim exited the series to prioritize her health. Her ups and downs with Kyle have been well documented.
Kim reunited with Kyle and their sister, Kathy Hilton, at Kathy’s lavish Christmas party. And that was after not speaking to Kyle for months. Although Kim did film some scenes for Season 13 of RHOBH.
Kim believes that some of the RHOBH cast is searching for drama
Kim spoke to Extra TV’s guest correspondent, and RHOBH alum, Teddi Mellencamp. Teddi had permission to leave her dad’s shadow for the event. Kim shared that she was surprised by the behavior of some of the cast members.
“I was in shock at the way these girls were just looking for problems,” Kim said. “I was like, ‘Uh, wow. Wait what is she doing?’” But she stopped short of naming the individuals that she singled out. Isn’t stirring up drama part of the job description?
“There was a couple of them. And it’s not to say I didn’t like them. I just thought they were little trouble-stirrers,” Kim stated. “And I didn’t like that. And I know that people will say that’s part of our show, but it really isn’t.”
She continued, “Our show is to be organic and let things fly as they fly. Don’t go looking for stuff. I don’t like it.”
Kyle is feuding with Sutton Stracke this season. And the drama blazed at Kyle’s weed dinner, when Sutton and her bestie, Garcelle Beauvais, brought up trouble in Kyle’s marriage. Kyle and Mauricio Umansky have been married for 27 years. But the tension between the twosome was thick on the show, and they later separated.
According to Kyle, Sutton and Garcelle were alleging that Mauricio cheated on her. More details will no doubt come out when the next episode of RHOBH airs. It features more of the already infamous dinner party.
