Does Kroy Biermann owe you money? Perhaps Kim Zolciak has an IOU with one of your close friends or family members? It isn’t a stretch. Kim and her lovah are basically in debt to most people whom they have come into contact with. And some they haven’t.
From credit cards to casinos, everyone is trying to get their money back from at least one of the Real Housewives of Atlanta alums. Now, Kroy’s lawyer is getting in line behind everyone else. Radar has the details.
A lien on the McMansion of Sorrows
People are saying Kim and Kroy have ramped up their marital drama in an effort to get another reality show. But someone needs to tell Kim and Kroy no one wants to see them unless they can find a way to take out a line of credit and purchase some dignity.
While their McMansion is up for sale for a cool $6 million, Kroy’s attorney is about to place a lien on the property because he hasn’t paid her. SHOCKING. As of November 15, he owes about $800. On the bright side, it’s probably the lowest bill Kim and Kroy currently have.
Amid the divorce that will apparently never happen, Kroy’s lawyer filed documentation that he now also owes her money. Both Kroy and the attorney agreed she could place a lien on the McMansion.
Once the property is sold, Kroy’s counsel will finally get paid and collect “fees and services incurred for all of [Biermann’s] legal matters with the Firm.” That said, the house has to be sold first and there doesn’t appear to be a lot of interest in a place designed by the ghost of Liberace
The legal papers stated interest will accrue at a rate of 1.5 percent monthly on all unpaid balances until the legal Firm is fully paid up for services rendered and the emotional distress of being involved in Kim and Kroy’s drama. The last part is a joke, but it shouldn’t be …
