The Real Housewives of New York City Season 14 newbie Brynn Whitfield was one of the breakout stars during the series’ reboot. She’s beautiful, authentic, and unafraid to mince words. We got a little glimpse of this during the reunion between her and Ubah Hassan.
Something else viewers loved about Brynn was her humor, outlook, and approach to dating. Yes, she was looking for a suitor, but she’s also having a lot of fun along the way.
She joked with Erin Lichy’s husband and the other ladies about her relationship status and shared more about her former love interests during her solo scenes. Although the reality star hopes to find love one day, she’s in no rush.
Will Erin connect with a Bravo star one day?
“I’m happy and loving life,” Brynn told The Messenger. A lot of watchers and other Bravolebs hoped the reality star would connect with Below Deck Down Under star Captain Jason Chambers while at BravoCon; however, the New Yorker said she’s not interested in dating someone who’s on reality TV.
“I don’t think I’ll ever date anyone who [is] on reality TV. No offense to them,” she said. Regarding Lala Kent’s steamy picture and flirty interaction with Jason, Brynn said she felt a little envy.
“I was jealous when I saw that picture of Lala with Captain Jason,” she joked. “I was like, ‘She got the cute one.’ … He’s a cutie patootie.” She continued, saying that although the two spoke briefly, they didn’t snap a picture together.
Now that Brynn is new to the Bravo family, millions of viewers are cheering her on throughout her journey to find love. “I wish every single gal could feel what it feels like to have that love and support,” she said.
“Sometimes they’re like, ‘Don’t do that one.’ It’s not even like one girlfriend giving her opinion about red flags. It will be like 700 comments being like, ‘Stay away from that guy.’ So it’s like, thanks, friends.”
