It’s been a tough year for NeNe Leakes’ son, Bryson Bryant. This summer, he was arrested for fentanyl possession. During the arrest, he lied to the cops and said he was his brother, Brent. The judge wanted to keep him behind bars until the new year, but he managed to get out on bond in October.
Now, just in time for the holidays, there’s more trouble in store for Bryson. It’s hard not to think he’s bringing all of this on himself, of course.
According to Radar Online, Bryson’s ex just threatened to take him to court over thousands and thousands of unpaid child support.
Pay up, Bryson
Bryson’s ex is a woman named Symone Davis, and they share a six-year-old son named Blaze. According to Symone, Bryson hasn’t seen Blaze since he got out of jail back in October. She said she’s been trying to contact both Bryson and NeNe, but she doesn’t get a response from either.
“I sent him pictures of Blaze. He opens the message but doesn’t respond,” Symone explained.
According to Symone, Bryson owes her a whopping $30,000 in child support. Can you imagine how many diapers she could have bought? She said that she “absolutely” wants to take legal action to ensure that she and Blaze get their money.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time that Symone has spoken out against her baby’s father. She previously dragged Bryson and NeNe’s relationship and suggested that Real Housewives of Atlanta ruined it. She said the money and fame went to NeNe’s head, and she failed to help her son navigate his issues.
Regardless of the back-and-forth between Symone, NeNe, and Bryson, we’re just hoping that Blaze has all of the support he needs right now. The kiddo didn’t ask to be in the middle of this mess.
