One of the most unexpected pieces to come from the Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky separation reports was the mention of Morgan Wade. The country singer has been causing quite the stir among Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans, who were quick to note that Kyle and Morgan had matching rings and tattoos.
As such, rumors of a romantic relationship between the two spread like wildfire. Morgan, Kyle, and Mauricio were understandably annoyed by the chatter, leading to denial. Still, the rumors persisted.
It didn’t help that Kyle gave fans plenty of ammo, like when she showed up to Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party alongside Morgan. So, with the rumors still ongoing months after the fact, what are Kyle’s thoughts now? What does her family think?
Kyle says she and her family are “used to” Morgan Wade rumors
On December 13, Kyle spoke with The Messenger at a RHOBH “Room Service” watch party. There, she discussed her and her family’s reaction to the Morgan rumors. “In the beginning, it was a little jarring for me to see some of these headlines, but now I’m used to it,” she said. “And literally nobody is offended anymore.”
Kyle continued, “I’ve seen every single headline I can imagine and things that would have [sent] the old me over the edge honestly. Now I just don’t care. My [daughters] and I laugh about it. I laugh about it with [Mauricio], we talk about it. It’s very much an open conversation, you know?”
She further explained that “everything is just open now,” including Mauricio and his time on Dancing with the Stars. While she was rather vague, it seemed she was insinuating the two had discussed the rumors over Mauricio’s romance with his dance partner, Emma Slater. Ultimately, it’s good that Kyle can have a good attitude about the rumors, because it seems they’re here to stay.
