As part of the firestorm in which Monica Garcia is currently trapped, a video leaked exposing her mother, Linda Darnell. The video, for some, seemed to indicate Linda knew of the Reality Von Tease account, and that the whole thing was a plot from the beginning.
In the clip, Linda told The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, “The only thing that you did was unite those four assh*les!” Linda further reminded Monica that her only job was to get as much time in front of the cameras as possible. She also encouraged Monica to be an “actress” and “play nice” with her castmates.
Monica also shouted about how she “fell down the f*cking stairs,” and Linda simply said, “That’s on you.” Monica couldn’t believe her mother’s lack of sympathy and demanded she leave. Now that the clip has garnered mass attention, Monica has responded.
Monica warns “brace for impact” with more leaks to come
On January 3, Monica posted an Instagram Story addressing the leaked video, showing that she’d sent it to Tenesha Luckett. The two discussed Linda’s hateful words and Tenesha suggested that Linda thought “she’s the star.” The IG story implied Tenesha was the one who leaked the video. Monica wrote, “I full-heartedly believe in karma, you are all just watching me live mine.”
She further stated, “I deserve it,” before explaining the situation. “There has now been a ‘leaked’ private video filmed in my home between my mother and I. I sent the video to my best friend. In confidence.” She emphasized how deep she felt the bond was with Tenesha. “I never once thought she would do this to me, but here we are.”
The story continued, “She has been outing my secrets, she continues to release screenshots, recordings, videos, a folder she has dedicated to me full of things she plans to release. She is already doing interviews and has been contacting people in my life for months to try to destroy me.”
Monica told fans to “Brace for impact,” because Tenesha had three years’ worth of information to share. She also wrote, “I do want to apologize to my mother. I shared this video with my best friend. It was not meant to get out. I did not leak this.” Monica was already in a bad spot (and will continue to be), so there’s no way Linda’s going to keep her hands clean either.
