The cheating rumors surrounding Will Kulp reached an all-time high during the latest episode of Southern Hospitality. The Republic Garden & Lounge bartender has been under fire since a heated conversation with his co-star, Oisin O’Neill, occurred earlier in the season.
After Oisin alleged that Will made out with a girl in Joe Bradley’s apartment during guy’s night, things started spinning out of control. In the January 4 episode, Will shared his feelings with Joe about not having his back regarding Oisin.
“I have a bone to pick with Joe. He’s just continued to let me down,” he said during a scene. “Then, when Oisin goes and tries to create a rumor about me, this guy who says he’s my friend chooses to do nothing about it.” Joe told the producer during his confessional, “Will is very hurt right now. As a friend, all I can really do is warn you about the rumor. Why do I have to be the guy who always [has] to squash the beef?”
Does Mia have receipts to prove Will’s alleged scandal?
Later in their conversation, Will explained his frustrations to Joe, letting him know he could’ve advocated for him. “There’s a lot of frustration [and] a few main issues. 1. Oisin. 2. The rumor,” Will explained, adding, “You were the one person who could have come in and snuffed out that flame in two seconds. I felt like you fumbled the bag on it.”
Amid their conversation, Joe argued that Emmy Sharrett “knows it’s not f*cking true,” to which Will replied, “because it isn’t.” Eventually, Joe admitted he could’ve been a “better friend” before they agreed to move on.
Toward the end of the episode, Mia Alario met with Emmy to discuss the rumors. She mentioned she knew one of the girls in Joe’s apartment during the night in question and said she received a text from her confirming the gossip.
“I said, ‘Did you see them kiss?’” Mia asked her, to which the girl supposedly replied, “Yeah, I definitely did see them kiss … 100 percent.”
Emmy, who has been defending Will since the beginning of the series, fired back, “I don’t believe it for a second. I don’t trust this girl’s opinion … How sh*tty do you think Will is?”
Moments later, Mia read the texts aloud to Will, who vehemently denied it. “It’s bullsh*t,” Will said. “First of all, everyone was f*cked up in that apartment. I was consoling this girl. We were both crying. I’m sure that if you looked at it from a certain angle, you might be like, ‘They kissed.’ But I didn’t kiss this girl.”
In a separate interview, Will admitted the rumors had gotten “out of control.”
“It really feels like I’m getting attacked by all these people that I didn’t really expect this kind of behavior from.”
Southern Hospitality airs on Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
