Lindsay Hubbard is kicking off 2024 with a bang and all appears well. We’ll have to see how long that lasts amid returning to film Summer House with ex-Carl Radke. But hey, maybe it won’t be any big deal. Lindsay is used to keeping calm and carrying on at this point, even when she has a problem with the keeping calm part.
Now that last year and all of the bad stuff is in Lindsay’s rearview, she has a brand new outlook on life. She recently purchased a home in Nashville that she plans to rent out and apparently, she’s completely over Carl. Uh-huh. The Messenger has the scoop.

What was supposed to be Lindsay’s happily ever after turned into heartbreak. Former partner Carl dumped Linds while cameras rolled on Summer House. Fans will get to see it go down when Season 8 returns. In the interim, Lindsay has been healing, traveling, and removing Carl from her narrative.
An insider shared Lindsay is “putting everything from last year behind her,” but I’ll believe it when I see it. Viewers are anxiously awaiting the crew from Summer House to begin filming again and watching the dynamic between Lindsay and Carl.
The source also said, “She is focused on herself. [And] she just bought a new house in Nashville and 2024 is off to a great start for her.” They added, “Lindsay has totally moved on from Carl. She’s enjoying life right now.” That sounds like something you say when your friend is in no way over their ex but you want everyone to think things are hunky dory.
Well good for Lindsay! Hopefully she and Carl can work through any muddy issues and come out friends. Since, you know, she has “totally moved on.”
