It seems like every one of Shereé Whitfield’s exes eventually end up being utterly disappointing in some way (see: Bob Whitfield and Tyrone Gilliams). Her most recent ex, Martell Holt starred on the OWN reality show, Love & Marriage: Huntsville. He also appeared a few times alongside Shereé during Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Add Martell to the list of disappointments. Earlier this week, he was taken into police custody after getting nabbed for alleged domestic violence.

Martell was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic violence
Despite Martell’s reputation for being unfaithful in his past marriage – which was well documented on Love & Marriage – AND the DM drama he was caught up in with Shereé’s RHOA castmate Kenya Moore last season, he and Shereé dated for part of 2022 before splitting that summer.
Martell, a divorced dad of five, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon (January 9, 2024) in Madison County, Alabama for alleged third-degree domestic violence involving harassing communications, as per online records. So far, no other details are available, including who Martell’s alleged victim was.
The Huntsville Police Department, responsible for the arrest, informed TMZ that this is a misdemeanor arrest based on a warrant.
Attempts to reach out to Martell’s representatives have not yielded any response.
