Former Baywatch star Nicole Eggert said that she’s grateful for all the love and support she has been receiving on the heels of her diagnosis with cancer. She’s currently battling Stage 2 breast cancer, and it’s been difficult, so the help that’s pouring in has been really uplifting.
Nicole told TMZ that former castmates and childhood friends like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and former Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel are among the celebrities who have donated to her fundraiser.

Nicole started a GoFundMe to help raise money for upcoming medical expenses and treatments. As she doesn’t have a family to lean on and her insurance won’t cover the total costs, she’s hoping to raise $100,000. At the time of writing, she has just over $30,000.
It turns out Nicole and Kyle were friends when they were kids, running in the same child actor circles and Hollywood. That’s not surprising, considering how small Tinseltown is and how everyone will usually run into everyone else at one point or another.
Interestingly enough, Kyle donated $1,000 to her friend under the name Kyle Umansky despite her ongoing separation from Mauricio Umansky.
And she wasn’t the only one to reach out. Bethenny also donated to Nicole’s fundraiser. The former RHONY star chipped in $500, which Paul Bernon, her partner, matched.
Nicole has thanked both stars for their help and generosity. Bethenny responded that she’d be there for Nicole, no matter what she needs.
It’s not just the Housewives donating. Nicole’s other celebrity friends throughout the years are also chipping in.
She’s also received support from another childhood friend and former Who’s the Boss castmate, Alyssa Milano, Baywatch castmate David Hasselhoff, and other co-stars.
It’s still a long road ahead, but Nicole is happy for the love she’s receiving, and although the circumstances could be better, she’s happy to reconnect with a lot of old friends.
