Dr. Nicole Martin has fired back at Annemarie Wiley over the Sutton Stracke medical drama, and there were no holds barred for the Real Housewives of Miami star. Indeed, one of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13’s strangest developments was the discussion over Sutton’s esophagus.
Newcomer Annemarie was trying to understand Sutton’s troubles when it came to eating, but didn’t manage to do so all that gracefully. Annemarie said Sutton’s esophagus troubles were a symptom of a larger issue and not an issue in and of itself. She told Sutton to simply chew more. On social media, fans immediately turned to Nicole for her thoughts.
Nicole posted a video online giving her two cents on the scene. In total honesty, Nicole thought Annemarie had been condescending, accusing her of “belittling” Sutton. When word got around to Annemarie, she accused the Miami star of “clout-chasing.” Now, Nicole has responded.
Dr. Nicole says Annemarie is not “a bigger fish”
Nicole appeared on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, wherein a fan called to ask for her response to Annemarie’s claims of “clout-chasing.” Nicole began, “So, I received countless messages [and] tweets about this, which was really the only reason I chose to respond.”
She continued, “But, you know, I think to ‘chase clout’ implies that you’re going after a bigger fish, and Annemarie is in no way a bigger fish.” The audience didn’t hold back their reaction to that shade. But Nicole didn’t pull her punches. She went on to say, “Not professionally, not medically, not educationally. So, I don’t think I was chasing any clout.”
Goodness gracious Nicole, stop, stop! She’s already dead. It was wild to see Nicole be so overtly shady. The audience showed they were on Nicole’s side with their applause. Moreover, when the WWHL TikTok page posted the clip, fans gave their virtual applause as well. As one commenter put it, “That’s a READ! Yaass Dr Nicole.”
