Bad news for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann. The couple who stay together because being destitute loves company and no one is more destitute than Kimbo and Kroy.
Right now the Biermann brood live in a house just waiting for a payment – or a buyer. The overpriced McMansion of Sorrows went on the market for $6 million but so far no takers. Now it’s been reduced three times and it’s funny, no one seems to want to live in a home where creditors and police visit on a weekly basis. TMZ has the scoop.
Buyer beware …
It’s not looking good for the sale of Kim and Kroy’s crib. Once built with love and still standing thanks to the fumes of hairspray and stale wine, buyers are ignoring the estranged couple’s home.
Allow me to remind potential shoppers that the McMansion did not ask for this. It’s merely a pawn in a ridiculous game of ignorance between two people who care more about themselves than their children. Normally this is where I would say “allegedly” but I think there’s enough documentation and proof that Kim and Kroy are only concerned about their own welfare.
Now the house has gone through another price reduction. This is me still waiting for the bank to approve the foreclosure and put the property out of its misery. The price point is currently $4.5 million and we’re getting closer to the actual value of the listing. Someone will probably bite if you put a “2” by the dollar sign and I would now like to thank Josh Flagg for teaching me everything I know about real estate.
The Don’t Be Tardy alums are hoping to get some money from this sale to pay their bills, but it’s kind of too late at this point. They owe the IRS, banks, credit card companies, and both are facing numerous lawsuits.
In reality, their financial accounts should probably be frozen and their possessions confiscated. The kids should possibly go to caring family members who don’t traumatize them repeatedly until Kim and Kroy can start acting like responsible adults.
We’ll wait.
