Talk is cheap unless you’re Todd Chrisley. The Chrisley Knows Best alum knows a little something about running his mouth and running the numbers. Todd is currently serving a healthy jail sentence thanks to fraud and tax evasion.
Now it’s his mouth getting him in trouble just like the numbers got him incarcerated. Todd has been liberally sharing each and every fault his finds at his new home. After murmurings of a potential jail transfer, now Todd wants to stay put. Radar has the details.

While making sure to note inhumane conditions, cats appearing from the ceiling, and being hot, Todd isn’t ready to leave that little slice of paradise after all. After multiple issues and a possible relocation situation, Todd doesn’t want to go. His current concern is being too far away from his family.
According to his attorney, Todd might object to many things, but he’s “familiar” with his life at this prison. Yeah, familiar with the mold and other prisoners allegedly taking photos of him – but that doesn’t matter now.
Savannah Chrisley makes the trek to Florida each weekend to see Daddy. As far as I know, she lives in Nashville, so that is quite a weekly haul. Because of this, “Todd doesn’t want to be transferred,” per his lawyer.
It sounds like officials might have considered moving Todd to Alabama, but his legal team hasn’t been advised of that plan moving forward. In an effort to keep family visits or at least Savannah’s visits on a weekly basis, Todd is backing off. “He doesn’t want to be transferred over his comments and concerns,” his counsel added.
Sassy isn’t exactly helping the drama, she’s feeding it. When she heard Daddy might be moved, she took to social media. “WELL… it’s happening! The retaliation is real and the only way they’ll listen is when I post and call them out. Looks like they are going to be trying to move my dad to Alabama all because he chose to stand up for what is right!•••The audio recordings that I have are INSANE!!”
The prison where Todd is being held has denied all of his allegations and he remains in Florida. For now.
