Why anyone from Sister Wives was ever scared of Kody Brown‘s fourth wife, Robyn Brown, is beyond me. But after years of keeping their opinions to themselves, Christine Brown and Janelle Brown are finally letting their sister’s wife have it.
Without question, Robyn has been the puppeteer when it comes to dictating the family’s polygamous lifestyle, but three out of the four wives have had enough of her and the patriarch. Now, the skeletons are falling out of the closest faster than the family can keep up with, and fans are loving it.
Christine Is Angry
The third wife of Kody has not bit her tongue since leaving the father of 18 back in November 2022. Christine is mad as hell at how her marriage unfolded and often blames Robyn for the downfall. Whether it was jealousy or just incapability, Christine has chosen not to have any form of verbal communication with Robyn.
Who Is Really the Kody Whisperer?
During the tell-all, Robyn made a shocking claim that offended the rest of her family. The mother of five revealed that she believes she has special communication powers with her husband. “I think I get Kody pretty well,” she said. “Like, I feel like I understand him.” Can I just say, ew? Robyn continued to share her theory by adding insult to injury, saying she believes that all three ex-wives “have the capacity” to “speak Kody.” Even though Kody claims to be misunderstood, Robyn notes it is just hard “for other people to understand.” What a load of bull.
It didn’t take long for Christine to clap back, sharing, “Robyn says that she can speak Kody, and I’m like, ‘Bullsh*t. I have known Kody for … I met him when I was 18. I’ve known Kody for a long time, and I can actually read Kody pretty well. And I can speak Kody well, too.”
The feelings go much deeper with Christine revealing that Robyn “convinced all of us that she could speak Kody and that she would mediate our relationships.” She claimed that Robyn made the entire family feel like “she needed to be there in the relationship” because “she can speak Kody and we can’t.”
Janelle Has a Bone To Pick With Robyn
Even though Janelle has been polite for most of her divorce, she is no longer pulling punches. The mother of six has the same intense feelings that Christine has about Robyn, saying, “I’m like, ‘Well, I don’t know if I really need someone to translate for me. We’ve been married a long time. We did OK without you. I think I speak Kody. But she likes to position herself as like, ‘I speak Kody.'”
What bugged Janelle the most was how Robyn tried to convince her six children that she held a special set of language skills, revealing, “That one does bug me. ‘I speak Kody.’ Well, Kody can speak for himself. He’s a grown-ass man.”
The Sister Wives Were Tired of Fighting for Love
Along with hating Robyn, yeah, I said hate, the ex-wives were exhausted after years of trying to fight for love. It turns out Kody was a bit cheap when it came to dolling out his affection, saving most of it for Robyn.
While it seemed Robyn was often the exception to the rule, the rest were forced to earn Kody’s love. But during the tell-all, Christine and Janelle both made it clear that they would never be doing that again, and Robyn could keep Grody Kody. It turns out that forcing women to jump through hoops isn’t exactly the best way to keep a marriage afloat.
Turns out there is no love lost between Robyn and the rest of the ladies. Kody’s fourth wife is now happily living her best monogamous life with Kody in Arizona. Even though Robyn’s fake tears keep falling, her nice girl facade is starting to fall, revealing a somewhat villainous side. It will be interesting to see if Robyn and Kody will last or if she will drive her cash cow away, too. Only time will tell.
