Jeff Lewis is no stranger to causing waves on Bravo. The reality star has gone head to head with Real Housewives like Bethenny Frankel, Shannon Beador, and now, Brynn Whitfield.
The newest cast member on Bravo’s rebooted Real Housewives of New York, Brynn, apparently has an issue with Jeff after snubbing him at last year’s BravoCon. During a recent Watch What Happens Live episode, Mercedes “MJ” Javid told Andy Cohen all about the bad blood.
When asked who Jeff wouldn’t have invited to his BravoCon Welcome Party, MJ surprised the watchers with her answer. “Who doesn’t like you from New York?” she asked Jeff before he recounted the tense moment. “Oh, yeah. Brynn doesn’t like me,” he said. “I just think on the radio I questioned what she did for a living was all. And it came up with other options.”

Jeff’s questions about where Brynn gets her money are nothing new to the Real Housewives franchise. Garcelle Beauvais asked Sutton Stracke a similar question. And the Real Housewives of Atlanta still grill Marlo Hampton over her funds every season.
Plus, Brynn isn’t the first Housewife to deal with a shady Jeff Lewis quip here or there. In 2023, Jeff faced backlash from Kyle Richards over his comment about her alleged “lesbian” relationship with country singer Morgan Wade. “Kyle and I are friends, and … she didn’t tell me she’s a lesbian on Ozempic,” he said.
Furthermore, Jeff recently called out the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Dorit Kemsley over her recent Housewives performance. “I think Dorit is continually more and more unlikable.”
“I know she’s like this fashionista,” he said. “[But] I will tell her: You can clip a Chanel broach on an H&M sweater, but it’s still an H&M sweater.”
