Ah Ramona Singer, still out, about, and on the scene. The Real Housewives of New York alum seems to have found a kindred spirit. Could the RHONY OG have finally caught a man who can put her Turtle Time drunken dancing to shame?
Apparently, William “Bill” Luby has been taking a ride on the Ramonacoaster since September 2022. Billy Boy went through a very expensive divorce after a 30-year marriage and he’s quite well off. It also appears he may or may not love a nice adult beverage. According to witnesses, when Ramona is away, Bill will play.
What are you doing here without Ramona??
Ramona is a busy lady. She travels a lot and loves to post about the high-end spots she visits. Perhaps if she had been with Bill, he wouldn’t have been clocked for poor manners. Then again, it’s Ramona.
Chaz Dean is a hairstylist and Flipping Out vet who happened to observe Bill on what was NOT his best behavior. Allegedly. He spoke about it on an episode of the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast.
It seems Bill was living the good life at Nonna Beppa in NYC when Chaz walked in and saw him acting a fool. “We walked in, and they were at the bar. And it was, like, frat-ness,” he began. Could this be why the Harvard-educated daughter of a Supreme Court judge dumped Billy?
He continued, “They were drunk and obnoxious before they even sat down. And then when we realized that they were there for dinner, it was just loud and insane. … It was so inappropriate, and it was so obnoxious for all of the patrons at the restaurant. And even the staff kept looking, like, ‘Oh my God, what do we do with this?’” Welp, this definitely sounds like someone Ramona would enjoy.
Ramona was NOT there, she was busy …
According to Chaz, Bill had Ramona on FaceTime and they were “in their own world.” No doubt a world filled with Pinot Grigio and soft notes of microaggressions. “Then one of them at their table was trying to hit on one of the girls at our table,” the friend also “tried to get [one of their] girls to come back to his hotel.”
Thankfully Chaz noted Billy wasn’t trying to hit on any of their lady friends because “he was just so shit-faced.” Chaz and his group really lucked out because Bill “brought Ramona on FaceTime to our table.”
“It was like they were 20-year-old college kids,” the Bravo alum noted. He also said Billy Boy’s group was “not fair” to people “trying to have a nice, quiet dinner.”
Aw, isn’t it nice Ramona found someone with common interests?
