Y’all it’s done. Caroline Manzo has lawyered up and Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Morocco is probably dead in the water. Allow me to be the first to say, apologies to Alex McCord. Stay tuned to Brandi Glanville’s socials because she’s likely to over-comment on this new development as soon as she finds out.
Brandi issued multiple denials about the “incident” that allegedly took place between herself and Caroline behind a locked bathroom door during filming. She also claimed production encouraged her actions. But here’s the catch, Mother Manzo isn’t suing Brandi, she’s suing Bravo – for EVERYTHING. TMZ has the scoop.

Here we go, friends. Send your thoughts and prayers to Bravo because Caroline is mad and she’s ready to go. The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum just filed suit against Bravo for what went down during production of RHUGT Morocco. Bethenny Frankel is probably chomping at the bit to get Caroline on her podcast so they can “take down Bravo” together.
Bravo isn’t alone in this lawsuit, the production companies are on the hook too. For context, back in Febuary 2023, allegations came out against Brandi that she had been sexually inappropriate with Caroline during a drunken filmed event. Caroline was so traumatized she left immediately and Brandi was sent home the next day.
RHUGT Season 4 has since been “temporarily” shelved but Bravo never confirmed it was a full corpse. After this, the writing is pretty much on the wall. Shed Media conducted an internal investigation into the matter and nothing came out of it. Caroline has since announced she’ll never appear on a Real Housewives-related show again and Brandi has been villified as a result.
The accusations stemming from Caroline’s suit state Brandi was getting overly flirty with her in the rental home. Allegedly Brandi “forced herself” on Caroline and kissed her without consent. Then there is a little detail about Brandi ALLEGEDLY mounting Caroline on a couch and groping her sans permission.
The legal docs are pretty clear
Per Page Six, the docs read, “[Brandi] proceeded to mount Manzo on the couch holding Manzo down with her body, forcibly squeezed Manzo’s cheeks together and thrust her tongue in Manzo’s mouth, while humping her.”
In numerous social media posts, Brandi has alluded production was aware of how she was acting and even encouraged it. Caroline actually backs this up in her lawsuit. She alleges showrunners and producers “put Brandi up to it.” Additionally, Caroline claims they created an environment saturated with alcohol putting everyone at risk of unsavory behavior.
Further, Caroline included the ordeal has triggered trauma for her after suffering sexual assault at seven years old.
She’s suing for negligence, sexual harassment, sex/gender discrimination, sexual battery, and seeking major damages.
Bravo has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
