Contestants Most Likely to Win the Traitors Season 2

Season 2 of the Peacock series The Traitors is heating up with only 14 players remaining. Last week, the castle claimed two more innocent faithfuls, Tamra Judge and Janelle Pierzina. As the game winds down, it’s become more challenging for contestants to hide from their castmates’ watchful eyes. The Traitors have fewer targets to choose from and the Faithfuls are running out of chances to catch the liars amongst them. Who will prevail in the end? We have some guesses. While it’s still anyone’s game, some players are faring better than others.

Here are the contestants we think are most likely to win Season 2 of The Traitors.

Peter Weber (Faithful)

Peter Weber has been a surprising strategist this season. The 32-year-old appears to have an aptitude for competition shows despite coming from a dating show. He hasn’t clocked any of the Traitors quite yet, but we think he has the chops to put it together.

He does a lot of his strategizing behind the scenes within smaller circles, which will be helpful for his long-term game. Peter’s not too outspoken at the roundtable, which has kept him safe from the Traitors. He also seems genuinely well-liked and respected in the house. If Peter has one thing working against him, it’s his relationship with Kevin Kreider, whom the house seems to despise. If he can cut him loose sooner than later, the former Bachelor may leave the castle a richer man.

Carsten “Bergie” Bergersen (Faithful)

Don’t underestimate Love Island star Carsten “Bergie” Bergersen. While the 24-year-old is sweet and soft-spoken, he has what it takes to make it to the end. The CBS star is clearly intelligent. He saved the day in Episode 3 when we singlehandedly figured out the pattern during the graveyard competition.

He is also very well-liked, which means neither the Faithfuls nor the Traitors will want to cut him right away. The Traitors may assume he can be easily manipulated but we’re not so sure. We could see Bergie figuring out the identities of the Traitors and keeping it to himself until it’s useful to his game.

Sandra Diaz-Twine (Faithful)

That girl always has a way of making it to the end. Sandra Diaz-Twine won Survivor twice, so she has an impressive track record. The 49-year-old has aligned herself well in the game, working with both the Traitors and the Faithfuls (whether she knows it or not). Unlike some of the other competition show veterans (we’re looking at you, Janelle Pierzina), Sandra has managed to stay under the radar despite her resume.

Parvati Shallow might want to axe her soon, given their history, but since she’s developed a game relationship with Dan Gheesling, that may be tricky. We wouldn’t be surprised to see Sandra in the finale.

Phaedra Parks (Traitor)

Phaedra Parks is doing a great job as a traitor. Her likability is helping her stay under the radar and her allegiance with the housewives is keeping her safe during the roundtables. Let’s be honest, Dan and Parvati are sus. We could see Phaedra throwing them to the wolves to keep the scent off of her.

Unlike them, she isn’t viewed as a mastermind and has the best chance of getting by undetected. Dan and Parv are aware of Phaedra’s comfortable position in the game, so they’ll likely take a shot at her soon.

However, her fate in the game doesn’t depend on the Traitors; it depends on the Faithfuls. Even if Dan and Parv turn on her, will the Faithfuls believe them? Maybe not. She has more power within that group of people. We think she has what it takes to be the last Traitor standing.

Parvati Shallow (Traitor)

They don’t call her the Black Widow for nothing! Parvati is an excellent strategist who uses her charm to get ahead. Although she ruffled some feathers for calling out the housewives last week, we don’t think her game is toast. On Survivor, Parvati used her allies like pawns in a chess game and we don’t doubt she’ll be able to mastermind her way through The Traitors. It’s in her blood.
