Oh look! Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still a mess and still living under the same roof with their kids. Perhaps you might think the estranged couple stopped acting like children and are moving forward with their divorce like adults. Unfortunately, you would be mistaken.
In the latest turn of events, Kim is accusing Kroy of stealing. While Kim could leave the McMansion and take her business elsewhere, she cannot afford to do so because she and Kroy are financially wiped out and extremely desperate.
Earlier this month, the Don’t Be Tardy alum hightailed it to her close personal friends, the police, and told them Kroy is a thief. TMZ has the scoop!

Instead of getting a job, Kim is still complaining. She seemingly has no desire to earn income to help take care of some of the family debt. To circumvent working, she sells her old shit for over-inflated prices in hopes that will call off some creditors.
Right now Kroy is under fire for allegedly pillaging Kimbo’s “expensive” stuff and trying to hock it. Body cam footage from law enforcement shows Kim went to the police station (they usually come to her) to file a report against the former NFL player.
Kimbo claims that for over a year, Kroy has taken her belongings and is trying to sell her extremely gaudy and ostentatious jewelry and other garbage. According to Kroy’s attorney, the one he sometimes doesn’t pay, “it’s not true.”
I invite you to watch the video because even the poor police officer assigned to hear Kim’s madness is sketched out. Eventually, she explains Kroy ALLEGEDLY took her jewels and bags and stashed them in a safe somewhere. She also said he’s selling the items for cash, which is pretty much what SHE should be doing so their kids can eat.
As far as Kim is concerned, Kroy is a thief. That’s why she’s making an official complaint to the Alpharetta Police Department. She implied the stuff Kroy ALLEGEDLY took is worth “hundreds of thousands” of dollars.
Is Kroy guilty of stealing?
The cop, bless him, requested a list of the items Kroy allegedly took. He winds up advising Kimbo this isn’t going to end the way she wants it to. Basically, the property may or may not be shared marital assets. Because they are in the middle of divorce proceedings, police can’t do much. This is also an issue for the judge who probably needs to force the couple to be apart and let the McMansion fade into foreclosure.
Kim asserts she has tried to get additional personal items out of their formerly shared bedroom, but she can’t because Kroy chained the door shut. And good on him. Consequently, Kimbo was advised of steps she could take and sent packing.
