Brandi Glanville has picked a side in the latest drama taking place between Real Housewives of Orange County stars Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson.
“Stress is a real thing,” Brandi wrote on X, formerly Twitter, “but no matter how fat my face gets, I’m showing up for my [favorite] housewife of Orange County. The OG of the OC [Vicki Gunvalson]. I’m not Switzerland; I’m just gonna say it — she’s my favorite.”
The former Bravolebrity’s post comes a few weeks after Tamra, Vicki, and Shannon Beador’s feud became public. After throwing shade at her former Tres Amigas sisters with her own post, Tamra wrote, “I felt like I just took the biggest dump of my life. So refreshed. So relieved.”
Will Brandi and Vicki ever return to the Real Housewives?
Since Vicki’s RHOC departure in 2020, fans have wondered if Bravo would ever ask the reality star to return to the franchise she helped put on the map. After seasons of mixing and matching the cast, bringing back the likes of Heather Dubrow and Tamra after time off, there’s still no sign of Vicki holding an orange for Season 18. Which really is a bummer.
As for Brandi, the California local had been shoulder-tapped by Bravo and Peacock to participate in one-off series, like The Traitors and Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. After a successful first season of both shows, Brandi returned for RHUGT Season 4. That was filmed in Morocco over a year ago. Brandi was sent home early following an alleged sexual encounter with the Real Housewives of New Jersey’s OG Caroline Manzo.
Fast forward to the present day. Caroline has filed a lawsuit against Bravo, NBC Universal, Peacock, and others for the alleged assault. The documents read that despite Caroline’s conversation with producers that Brandi’s behavior made her “uncomfortable,” they continued filming.
“Defendants even encouraged Ms. Glanville to become drunk on the set so that she would be more likely to commit outrageous and harassing acts, thereby helping Defendants’ ratings without regard to the rights and safety of those around her,” the lawsuit reads.
So, could Vicki return to the network in the future? It’s certainly possible. Regarding Brandi, well, we’re just hoping that the truth of that case is brought to life.
