We’re beyond confused by Michael and Ashley Darby’s relationship, but here we are. The reality stars were married for eight long years before announcing their separation in April 2022.
During those years, Mr. Darby certainly put “Little Miss Ashley,” as Gizelle Bryant likes to call her, through the ringer. Not only did they have a failed Australian cuisine restaurant, but Michael was caught in scandal after scandal after scandal. And we’re not being dramatic here. If it wasn’t the alleged Grindr situation, then it was the cameraman. If it wasn’t that, it was the woman in the bar — I mean, can our girl catch a break?
Since their separation announcement, the couple has taken zero steps to solidify their divorce, leaving the Bravospehere widely confused. However, during Ashley’s most recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the reality star revealed she may still have a soft spot for her problematic partner.
How does Ashley feel about Michael today?
During a fun game of “Let’s Darby Honest” on last night’s episode, Ashely answered some tough questions about her life now that she and Michael are in the “process” of divorcing.
When the time came for the RHOP OG to reveal whether or not she “missed Michael,” Ashley fluttered, causing watchers and her fellow WWHL guest, Dr. Alicia Egolum, to take that as a HELL yes.
“We went to monster trucks together as a family the other day, and watching him with my kids and seeing how they light up when they see their dad, that kind of stuff touches me,” she said.
Although she didn’t give us an actual answer regarding her feelings toward Michael today, she did say the pair’s divorce would be finalized. Well, at least someday.
“I’m comfortable right now,” she finished.
