Kyle Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills found herself in the center of most of the drama during Season 13. She was having marital problems with her husband, Mauricio Umansky. Her new bestie, singer Morgan Wade, made Dorit Kemsley feel like she was kicked to the friendship curb. Speculation also centered on the nature of Kyle and Morgan’s relationship. Both ladies said that they have a platonic, close friendship.
Meanwhile, Kyle also fought with Sutton Stracke. Sutton questioned, on camera, if there were problems in Kyle and Mauricio’s marriage. And Kyle and Dorit claimed, behind Sutton’s back, that she was drinking too much alcohol. Well, Kyle wasn’t looking forward to this reunion. Surprise, surprise. And it sounds like she is weighing a return to the franchise next season.
Kyle was worried about the Season 13 RHOBH reunion
After the reunion was filmed, Kyle hopped on Amazon Live and answered some fan’s questions. One fan asked, “Who do you think got the most heat at the reunion?” Kyle replied, “Well, I would say I was definitely in the hot seat, a lot, I would say.” She added, “I think Dorit [Kemsley] was — gosh, I think Sutton, you know.” It sounds like host Andy Cohen will be grilling the Beverly Hills ladies.
Then Kyle was asked to describe the Season 13 reunion in five words. “Torture,” she quipped. “That’s one word. Anxiety-provoking, that’s two words, sorry. Stressful, scary, emotional,” Kyle said. Her sister, and former RHOBH star Kathy Hilton, was a guest during the reunion.
Still, once it was over, Kyle felt relieved. “I felt better leaving than going,” she said. “Absolutely.” Kyle continued, “Which is always my goal, which is why last year was so depressing to me and so, so sad. That was by far the worst reunion. Leaving there, we didn’t take a picture, we didn’t even like, hug. We didn’t cheer. And we usually go out after to eat or something,” she explained. “No, we were there too late, I just went home and cried.”
At least this reunion sounds better than last year’s for Kyle. The breakdown of her relationship with her sister, Kathy, was hard to watch. Hopefully, viewers will find out more about Kyle and Mauricio’s marital discord.
