One of the biggest sources of drama in Real Housewives of Miami Season 6 was the Mother’s Day brunch with Ana Quincoces. As it turns out, Julia Lemigova might’ve been able to prevent it all.
For those out of the loop, here’s how it all went down. Nicole Martin hosted a Mother’s Day brunch so the group could share some positive vibes. Things went off the rails quickly when Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton found out Ana would be coming. The two lashed out at Nicole.
Of course, Nicole wasn’t responsible. Adriana de Moura invited Ana as her plus one, specifically to come smack-talk Alexia. In her time on-screen, Ana barely said a word, but the Mother’s Day meal was still utter chaos. So, what was Julia’s place in all this?
Julia was caught between her two friendships
During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, two fans called in to ask Julia if she knew of Adriana’s plan to bring Ana to lunch, and if so, why she didn’t warn the cast. “I did know,” Julia responded. “But, you know, I was there like, [in] a love triangle, right? There was not one right decision to make.”
She further explained, “Because I would end up upsetting somebody. And so, I decided to kind of just let it be, and there was no good deed for me to say it either to Alexia or to Adriana. … Ana was there. She didn’t really say anything at the end. All I cared [about was] that Nicole’s name would be cleared.”
Adriana interjected asking, “Really? Is that all you cared for?” Julia hesitantly said, “Well …” Adriana said, “I can fight my own fights. … The problem is some people can dish but cannot take it. That’s the problem, right there.” Julia said nothing in response.
The Real Housewives of Miami Season 6 finale hits Bravo on Wednesday, February 21 at 9/8c.
