The last few minutes of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 finale actually gave us something to talk about. After a season full of accusations, gossip, rumors and nastiness, and straight-up curiosity about Kyle Richards and her marriage to Mauricio Umansky, she finally revealed the truth. Or at least, alluded to it.
“There were things that happened that made me lose my trust that I wasn’t able to recover from,” she said in the final minutes of the February 21 episode. However, she didn’t detail what transpired that caused her to reach that point.
She continued in her confessional, sharing about the moment the news dropped. Kyle explained that Mo was upset about the story being planted while she was focused on consoling her daughters, especially their youngest, Portia. “It just felt like my whole life was over in that moment. The life as I knew it,” she told the cameras.

As the intense scene continued, Kyle and Mo sat with their daughters to discuss the changes happening in their family. “We haven’t told you guys everything because we try to protect you, and then all of a sudden you kind of get blindsided by this public news,” Mo told them, with Kyle saying, “We haven’t talked about a divorce. Just so you guys know that.”
“We’re not broken, just bent. We’re a very strong family and always will be,” Kyle said.
As the episode came to a close, the RHOBH OG, who’s shared her life with the cameras since 2010, revealed there’s a possibility things with Mo will never return to the way they were.
“I’ve come to realize that … there’s a big chance that we’re not going to end up together,” she said.
News of their split first hit the Bravosphere in July 2023. Shortly after, the couple released a joint statement, denying the divorce rumors but confirming they’ve had a difficult journey.
“We have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”
