Larsa Pippen Reveals Launch Date for Olujo Tequila

Fans of Real Housewives of Miami are excited as Larsa Pippen’s highly anticipated tequila brand, Olujo, gears up for its launch. 

The journey to bring Olujo to the market began two years ago. Larsa teamed up with billionaire Adam Weitsman and entrepreneur Oliver Camilo. The trio’s ambition? To create one of the finest tequilas in the world.

Whether or not that has happened, remains to be seen. The tequila hasn’t yet hit shelves! But, we do have an update.

Larsa’s tequila was shown in RHOM Season 6

The RHOM audience was treated to a sneak peek of Olujo during the show’s February 14 episode, which featured the ladies on a glamorous trip to Mexico. At the upscale Blanco Colima restaurant, the cast had the opportunity to taste the tequila and meet Larsa’s business partners. 

Adding a touch of sparkle to the event, three cast members were gifted diamond necklaces adorned with Olujo’s logo.

Larsa is not just the face of the brand but has been deeply involved in its creation, investing a significant $800k into the project. Adam Weitsman shared with The U.S. Sun that they are aiming for a U.S. launch in about four months. 

The effort to ensure Olujo stands out in the crowded tequila market is evident, with Larsa herself getting “her hands dirty” in the process. Adam praised her work ethic, revealing that she has been a “workhorse” throughout the development phase.

Olujo’s journey to market is also marked by a strategic approach to branding. The company has filed multiple trademarks, covering everything from the logo to the bottle’s design. As of February 2024, the trademarks are progressing through the necessary legal steps, awaiting final approval.

While the tequila’s official website and social media presence are still in the works, details about the brand have been teased on Adam’s website. Olujo promises to be a high-craft tequila, aged to perfection and distilled in Jalisco, Mexico. The brand aims to pay homage to tequila’s rich history while looking forward to the future of premium spirits.

Adam revealed that Olujo would offer three varieties of tequila: Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Aged Añejo, catering to connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike.
