As Vanderpump Rules fans know, Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval are still technically living under the same roof despite being broken up. In 2019, he couple bought a $2 million home in Valley Village. This purchase has now become the bane of Ariana’s existence.
She wants out of any partnership with Sandoval but he seems to be making it as difficult as possible. Ariana requested a “partition by sale” in January, meaning the funds from a home sale would be split between herself and Sandoval. Now Tom is trying to shut it down. People has the details.
Sandoval fights back
Last Friday, Sandoval donned his best platform sneakers and had docs filed in court. He feels Ariana “fails to state sufficient facts to state a cause of action.” I guess him banging the sidepiece in various locations of the home won’t suffice.
Tom’s paperwork also says Ariana “failed to mitigate whatever damages” she’s suffered and neglected to act “reasonably and in good faith” when she filed suit against him.
The last time Sandoval acted “reasonably and in good faith” was approximately 2003. Meanwhile, if the partition goes through poor wittle Tom feels he’s due to “receive an accounting and compensatory adjustments” for repairs and improvements to the home. Apparently Tom must think adding LED lights everywhere is an “improvement.”
This includes changes that have enhanced “the value” of the home. You know, Tom’s aura, his essence, and his over-inflated ego. Someone needs to hook Sandoval up to IMAX because he’s projecting and needs a big ass screen.
The dude who compared his personal and preventable drama to the murder of a man, doesn’t agree with Ariana’s request for the “partition by sale.” The legal docs state Ariana was hoping to completely avoid a “division in kind” which might result in both parties holding ownership of the home. Then one could sell to a third party.
