With Season 13 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills at an end, that only means one thing: that the reunion is right around the corner. There will be a lot to unpack for the women of the 90210. The RHOBH season finale dropped a few bombshells on fans. After serving as OG since day one, Kyle Richards‘ feet will be held to the flames. She’s finally been given a harsh edit after years of forcing the other RHOBH women to share their secrets. Dorit Kemsley left fans wondering if marriage was also on the rocks with PK Kemsley. Sutton Stracke was given the first seat next to Andy Cohen as the rest of the women prepare to squabble over their petty differences.
Sutton Gets Sick
The former dancer’s health has been a major topic for RHOBH Season 13, thanks to Annemarie Wiley’s obsession with Sutton’s esophagus. But as she prepared herself to take center stage, cameras caught a health scare happening in real-time. During the January 26th taping, Sutton gave the crew and cast a fright after she started to shake uncontrollably in her seat. Andy and the rest of the women were left visibly upset, as seen from the trailer.
The sneak peek showed the mother of two struggling to breathe and leaning on her best friend, Garcelle Beauvais, for support while The Coming to America actress called for help. Sutton’s hands were left purple and swollen from the incident. Sutton seems to be okay now. But as Dorit points out at the end of the clip, “Oh my God, that’s scary.”
Goodbye, Kyle!
The clip opened up with Andy telling Kyle that Erika Jayne wants him to “eviscerate” her at the reunion since the Pretty Mess singer often was given the hard questions. And while it is sad Kyle is going through a divorce, certain questions just need to be answered. Dorit is then seen telling Erika that Kyle text-messaged her in hopes of silencing her from speaking about the separation. Yikes, I feel like Kyle is entering her villain era.
The couch is not a safe place for Kyle. She’s asked by Andy if she “could see herself with Morgan Wade.” The question left the mother of four speechless, but she didn’t exactly say no.
Andy didn’t hold back as he asked, “There were rumors about infidelity in your relationship. How did you feel seeing photos of him and Emma holding hands?” Kyle replied through tears, “I did not feel good.” I am hoping we are given genuine answers about the state of their marriage. Fans have been in limbo since they announced their separation this past July.
Kyle vs. Everyone
Elsewhere in the trailer, it became painfully clear that most of the cast had grown tired of Kyle’s refusal to talk about her personal life even though she had signed up for a reality TV show. Sutton, a once close friend of Kyle’s, is at the top of the firing squad. She called her former landlord out for having double standards. The Halloween Kills actress blasted the 52-year-old, saying, “We all share what’s going on in our lives,” implying that the group has no right to be annoyed they knew nothing of Kyle’s divorce struggles.
Even though Sutton tries to mimic with her high pitch “what,” Kyle denies the allegations. She put the nail in the coffin by saying that the boutique owner “came into this season just to come after me.” Honestly, Sutton, don’t you think Kyle had a bit more on her plate than to just come for you? Dorit also had a few bones to pick with her former besties, claiming, “You minimized our friendship to one trip.” Kyle responded, “You knew that by saying something like that, it was going to create a bigger problem for me in the media with the whole Morgan situation.”
Dorit has been pretty vocal when it came to the optics of Kyle’s new friendship. So, I am looking forward to seeing how she wiggles out of this.
Kathy Hilton Appears
Last but not least, we have an impromptu appearance by Kathy Hilton. She waltzed in looking like Josie Grossie from Never Been Kissed. Andy embraces Kathy as the Grand Dame of Beverly Hills, but I am confused as to why she is on the reunion, seeing that she didn’t partake in the season. My only guess is that she was there to comfort her sister through the hard taping. Whatever is going on, the RHOBH Season 13 reunion is going to be more exciting than the season, which, to be honest, was a bit boring.
