Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent has been vocal about expanding her family. She shares her daughter, Ocean Kent, with ex-fiancé, Randall Emmett. Their split was incredibly messy. After dealing with that traumatic break-up, Lala decided to expand her family as a solo parent.
The podcast host discussed using intrauterine insemination (IUI). During that procedure, sperm is placed directly inside a woman’s uterus. But she still wasn’t interested in dealing with a baby daddy. “Like, I am so scarred from all of this s–t that has happened in my life,” Lala explained. “I don’t want another person involved.”
Lala has some happy news to share
Lala shared the news on Instagram that Ocean is going to be a big sister. “I’m expanding my pod,” Lala posted, along with an adorable photo of Ocean smiling next to Lala’s bare baby bump.
Past and present Pump Rules stars flooded the comments with congratulatory messages. “I can not wait to meet this baby. I love you,” VPR alum Stassi Schroeder commented. “So so so so sooooo Happy for you my love!!!!!” Katie Maloney wrote.
“ITS ALL HAPPENING!!!! Couldn’t be any happier for you. I love you and your family sooooo much!!!” Scheana Shay posted. And Ariana Madix commented, “so so so happy for you and your beautiful family- ocean is going to be the best big sister ever!” She added some heart emojis.
James Kennedy’s girlfriend, Ally Lewber, also left a sweet message. “Soooo happy for youuu & Ocean!” Former VPR star Brittany Cartwright wrote, “I’m so happy for you!!!!!!! love you guys so much can’t wait to meet this little angel!”
Even Andy Cohen weighed in, posting “BRAVO!” He added a bunch of clapping hands emojis.
