Bravo fans have patiently been waiting for the release of the Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 trailer, and after a long winter, the ladies are back chirping. Season 13 left off with Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice finally going their separate ways after a ten year family feud. Dolores Catania was in love. Jennifer Aydin was still a pain in our asses, and the new rookies, Danielle Cabral, and Rachel Fuda, made it through by the skin of their teeth.
Jackie “Judas” Goldschneider
As fans already know, Jackie Goldschneider and Missy G had a major falling out, but no one is sure what caused the breakup. But the trailer shows Margaret Josephs turning Shakespearean as she notes that her former friend is a “Judas.” The threesome used to be as thick as thieves, but with the changing tides, the writer has chosen a new side in the alliance. Jackie angrily states, “I’m being friends with whoever I want to be friends with, and I don’t care.”
After Jackie is seen in the sneak peek embracing Teresa, Margaret asks, “You wanna tell Teresa everything you’ve been doing behind her back?” It seems Margaret might know a few of Jackie’s skeletons and won’t be afraid to let them out of the closet.
Jennifer Fessler’s New Besties
It didn’t go unnoticed that Margaret’s best friend, Jennifer Fessler, also switched teams. Bravo fans already know that the two women ended their years-long friendship over Jen making friends with Marge’s enemies. Jen Aydin notes in the sneak peek, “Everyone loves the Messler,” implying that the shoe designer was being messy. The video cuts to Jen and Teresa chit-chatting, with the OG noting, “I think you’re awesome.”
Naturally, Marge is not okay with this new friendship and tries to remind her close friend that Tre orchestrated a hair pull and spread vicious rumors. At her wit’s end, Marge yells, “That’s who you want to associate yourself with.” The scene cuts before we can get an answer, but I assume Messler replies yes.
“You’re the poster child for mortgage fraud”
Let me tell you something about John Fuda—he is the Jersey meatball we all needed! Since the Season 13 reunion, John and his wife, Rachel Fuda, have not been happy with how Louis Ruelas threatened each of the cast members. John is extremely vocal about how distasteful Louis and Tre actually are. The man isn’t wrong; we all know the icky couple is a piece of work, but it looks like John finally gets in a few sparring moments during a heated dinner.
John is caught telling Teresa, “You’re the poster child for mortgage fraud,” to which Tre replies, “That was my husband. Thank you very much.” I’m dead! John Fuda has left the building. John drops the mic and notes, “When I need my money laundered, I’ll call ya.” Not to be left out, Rachel notes, “You’re a fu*king bully, Teresa!”
Has Teresa’s Love Bubble Burst?
No one and I mean NO ONE, believed for one second that this relationship was built on a foundation of love. For months, Bravo fans and Andy Cohen urged Tre to sign a prenup. She didn’t. From the moment they met, many felt Louis was just a user. Listen, I get wanting to prove everyone wrong, but don’t be dumb about your money, especially when you’ve already dealt with one divorce. Danielle is caught telling cameras that “Teresa is distraught because, in the house, there is not a lot of calm.”
I guess the whole Namaste mindset is out the door. Jen shared, “Every time I talk to her, her stomach is in knots,” with Dolores agreeing that she “is not doing great.” According to Margaret, “Louis pissed her money away.” But we all know Tre would rather bury her head in the sand than admit she married another loser.
Danielle vs. Jennifer Aydin
We all heard that Jennifer and Danielle got into quite the kerfuffle last summer over sharing the same hairstylist. While at a party, the two Real Housewives of New Jersey stars exchanged heated words, which led to the throwing of cups and drinks. Both were suspended while an investigation was held and eventually allowed back to film. However, the sneak peek shows them getting along pretty well.
Danielle toasts to her new friends, and all seems well. At one point, Danielle asks, “What’s going on between you and me out of curiosity?” But Jen seems to deflect the question later, telling Bill Aydin, “That is nobody I want to be friends with. I’m not looking her way again.” The new season lands in May and boy are we ready!
