Sharon Osbourne may only be sticking around for a week on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK. But she’s earning every penny of her rumored £500,000 paycheck. In tonight’s episode (March 7), audiences will see her rip into James Corden and Anna Wintour.
Speaking to her friend Louis Walsh, who she sat alongside as a judge on the British version of The X Factor, she accused James of being a name-dropper.
“I tell you who does that, the English guy, James Corden, he does that all the time,” she alleged. “He’s even made a career out of it,” Louis quipped. But they weren’t stopping there.
Sharon asks, “Who loves Anna Wintour?”
“When he got to America,” Sharon continued in her discussion of James, “he played the LA game really well, you know, turned up at everything.”
“Kissing all the right people,” Louis agreed. “Anna Wintour, mwah, mwah, mwah, mwah.”
“Oh she loves him!” replied Sharon. “But who loves Anna Wintour?”
“I don’t get it,” joked Louis. “Or those stupid glasses.”
I think it’s fair to say both Sharon and Louis won’t be on any Vogue guestlists in the near future!
Also brought up, none other than Ellen DeGeneres. To which Sharon simply responded by pretending she was going to puke.
While Sharon is in the Celebrity Big Brother house, she is classed as a “lodger” rather than a “housemate.” That means she will only stay for a limited time, cannot be nominated for eviction, and cannot win the show.
Exactly when she is going to leave hasn’t been confirmed, but it is rumored she will exit on Friday, March 8, after just five days. That would put her at a daily fee of £100,000. Not bad work if you can get it!
