Rachel Leviss Delves Into ‘Shame’ of Alleged Recorded Intimate Video by Tom Sandoval

Rachel Leviss has come out with more details about the screen-recorded video that led to Scandoval. As Vanderpump Rules fans know, Tom Sandoval had a video of Rachel performing an intimate act on his phone. Ariana Madix found this video to discover Tom’s affair with Rachel.

Since then, Rachel accused Tom of recording the video without her consent. As such, the video has been at the center of Rachel’s lawsuit against Tom and Ariana, accusing the two stars of engaging in revenge porn.

As anyone can see, the screen recording is an essential part of the VPR story and Rachel’s personal history. Moreover, as one could imagine, the situation was all too troubling to Rachel. See how she detailed the resulting events.

Rachel accuses Tom of pressuring her to hire his lawyers

On the March 25 episode of the Rachel Goes Rogue podcast, the former VPR star delved into the turmoil of Tom’s betrayal. “It took me a while to process Tom recording me without me knowing,” she said. She called the situation “so chaotic” and felt she was in “survival mode.”

The situation became a little less chaotic and Rachel was afforded some clarity when she checked into a mental health facility. “It wasn’t until I had my one-on-one trauma therapy session in The Meadows that I was able to really start decompressing what he did and how he violated a personal boundary.”

Rachel recounted that, after receiving clarity, “I remember telling him on the phone after processing it, ‘I don’t think that I will be able to forgive you for this.’” She went on, “And then, you know, a week later, he’s trying to get me to hire his lawyer and fire my lawyer.”

This conversation would apparently go on to inspire the name of her podcast, as Tom allegedly “had a slip-up and he said, ‘The last thing that we need you to do right now is go rogue.’”

“Ultimately, that’s the place where there’s so much shame and it yields pain, obviously, with a violation,” she added. “But mostly shame … it’s a private thing you don’t want people to know about first of all, and then second of all, it’s just an intimate moment.”

Vanderpump Rules Season 11 continues Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
