Tom Schwartz has unveiled a lot of intimate facts about himself in his history on Vanderpump Rules. We’ve watched him drunkenly get his butt tattooed, the downfall of his marriage to Katie Maloney, and every other questionable decision in between. Now that Tom is as settled as he can be into his life as a divorced man, he’s unveiling even more facts about himself.
In a preview for the next Pump Rules episode, Schwartz seems to have some sort of a mid-life crisis when it comes to becoming a parent. Sure, he won’t admit to being in a relationship with Jo Wenberg despite her ALWAYS being in his apartment. However, he’s not afraid to tell the cameras he’s ready to impregnate someone. Schwartz, I will never fully understand you.
Schwartz is confident to enter dad mode
The teaser for the next VPR episode shows Schwartz hanging out with Scheana Shay, Brock Davies, and the true star of the show — Summer Moon. Summer is cute enough to give anyone baby fever, but the visit only seemed to add to what Schwartz was already feeling.
Schwartz talked about seeing a bunch of pregnancy announcements on Instagram that made him feel some type of way. “I felt like it triggered my biological clock,” Schwartz said. “It’s like Father Time is just knocking in the back of my mind.” Schwartz has been a bit all over the place this season, so it’s surprising to hear about his desire to be a father. It makes me wonder who he imagines settling down with post-Katie.
He wasn’t afraid to tell Scheana and Brock that he was envious of this life as parents. “I’m not sure of a lot of things in life but I’m sure I will be a good dad,” Schwartz explained in a confessional. “I hope I’m a DILF, but I’m going to be 60 when they graduate high school.” Now, Schwartz might not always be everyone’s favorite person, but this quote epitomizes why he’s just inherently lovable.
